Warranty

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty lasts for 1 year on failures from residential, non-commercial usage
If you have any problem with the use of the purchased product, if it arrived in poor condition or is different from the one promoted, we will proceed immediately to solve the problem. If the client wishes to request a guarantee, it must be valid.

- Number of order
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the defective product
- Full delivery address
- Contact phone number

Conditions that are not covered:
- Furniture is not explicitly specified as suitable for outdoor use and is not covered for damage or defect from outdoor use.
- Problems caused by abuse, fading, misuse or an act of nature, burn marks, animal damage, staining and mildewing of fabrics, and failure to take reasonable care of the furniture.
- Product damage resulting from unauthorized product modification
- Damage caused by natural disasters
- Theft or loss of the product
